Location: 103km South of Lima

Altitude: 2335 m.a.s.l.
Access:
• Air: Dialy flight from Lima (1 hours) approximately) and from Cusco (30 minutes approximately).
• Overland: Bus: Lima – Arequipa (1003 km) 14 hour ride by bus.


Arequipa is the second most important city of Perú is known as the ‘Ciudad Blanca’ (White City) due to the color of the volcanic rock sillar, used in the construction of churches and colonial houses

THE CATHEDRAL:
Situated by the main square. It is considered one of the largest in South America.


THE SANTA CATALINA MONASTERY
this cloister housed many young female nobles
